It is therefore recommended to monitor blood sugar and insulin response from the beginning of weight loss, so that you can individually adjust the insulin dose. Once blood glucose control is reached, subsequent feeding should be adapted according to the body condition score: BCS 6 or less: continue feeding with DIABETIC.
