1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Pikkizy ("we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Pikkizy is a price-comparison and product-discovery service. We provide product listings, sentiment-based reviews, price tracking, personalised quizzes, and paid subscription tiers (Expert, Family).
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activity under your account is your responsibility
- You must provide accurate information
- Notify us at once of any unauthorised use
4. Subscription billing and right of withdrawal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle by Stripe. EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83. Because we provide an immediately accessible digital service, you are asked at checkout to expressly waive that right and acknowledge that performance has begun. Once waived, you cannot demand a refund for the part of the service already supplied. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account.
Refunds outside the withdrawal window are at our discretion and limited to cases where the service has been materially defective.
5. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
6. Affiliate relationships
Pikkizy earns affiliate commissions when you click through to a retailer and complete a purchase. Commission rates do not influence rankings, sentiment scores, or recommendations. Full details: /disclosures.
7. Recommendation transparency (DSA Art. 24)
- Current price across tracked retailers
- Aggregate user reviews and sentiment analysis
- Product availability
- Relevance to your quiz answers (if any)
- Price trend
8. Reporting illegal content (DSA Art. 17)
Use the in-product report flow or email trust@pikkizy.com. We will review and respond within 6 weeks (or within 24 hours for urgent illegal content involving child safety or imminent harm).
9. Account moderation and appeals (DSA Art. 21)
If we restrict your account you will receive a written explanation. You may appeal within 30 days at appeals@pikkizy.com. If you remain dissatisfied you may escalate to your national Digital Services Coordinator.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Pikkizy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from the Data Rights portal.
12. Changes
Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance to subscribers and via a banner on the site.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. EU consumers retain the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Barcelona or, for consumers, the courts of their country of residence.
