Elastic ink technology allows for a comfortable fit. Enriched with highly concentrated pigments, its formula dresses your lips in vibrant color. Shake the product for 5 seconds before application. The arrow applicator allows for precise outline and glides over the lips to deliver a thin layer of formula. (*Consumer test on 109 volunteers)
