Description
Semi-permanent nail polish 7.2 ml - DRY TOP (no-wipe). Never clean the dispersion layer after drying again! Dry Top is a semi-permanent nail polish that creates a protective, hard and very shiny outer layer!
It can be used as a Top on the surface of reinforced and rebuilt nails. Not recommended for fragile and brittle nails. Cannot be used over classic nail polish. Does not need to be cleaned with Nail Cleaner.
It is perfect for creating designs with decorative powders such as: Pearl Effect, Chrome Effect, Moonlight Effect, Sunset Effect or 3D Holo Effect.
