The Stack rule allows players to pass the penalty (draw +2, +4, +6, +10) to the next player until the player who cannot play is forced to draw all cards combined!
Each time a "7" or "0" card is played, players must exchange their hand with another player's hand!
With the Mercy Rule, if a player accumulates more than 25 cards in his hand, he is eliminated!
